About
I'm a writer and editor based in Chicago. At Verizon Connect I'm a technical writer and communications consultant, turning product launches, process changes, and sales programs into newsletters and campaigns for teams across the business.
Before that I wrote long-form humanities lessons for Study.com, ran social media for the University of Chicago's Center for Contemporary Theory, and served as managing editor of The All State, leading a staff of forty writers and editors.
I studied art history and curatorial studies at the University of Chicago, English at Belmont University, and English and history at Austin Peay State University. I also write poetry — my work has appeared in Common Forms, The Maine Review, The Talon Review, The Crambo, and Red Mud Review.
